The goal of the project
- Khusheim used 7 different applications to manage day-to-day business operations such as human resources system, business management system, appreciation, and banking. Besides the main ERP system, the IT team had to monitor data synchronization processes and manage exceptional cases every day, consuming time, and efforts to achieve data consistency.
- Khusheim Holdings owns more than 5 different entities as well as two different ERP systems. Therefore, getting unification reports was very difficult.
- User and application licenses along with the development of new business processes and reports are either expensive or restricted.
